时间管理技巧

 前几天说到我在处理多任务时候有点混乱。

今天看到了一篇文章,讲的是时间管理技巧,其中就有一个讲多任务的。

1. first·,make your to-do list for the day and then manage your priority by using Eisenhower Matrix.

    1. Urgent and important.        must work on these immediately

    2. Important but no urgent.     u can afford to complete them later

    3. Urgent but not important.    need to completed immediately,but not overly important, u can delegate .

    4. Not urgent not important.    you need to avoid

2. Power Hour

    your first one hour of your day doing the most difficult task.

    help u hyper-focus for 60 mins.

    when u focus, block out all things that cat distract you.

3. Organize

    help you not to waste time searching

4. Deadline

    Do not procrastinate with laziness

    Try to do your best

5. Do not Multitask

    stay focused and tackle them one by one.

6. Discipline

    set your own rules and follow them.
